Orders + Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 2–5 business days after shipping — generally 3–7 business days from order to doorstep.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by order weight: $10 under 1.1 lbs, $12 for 1.1–4.4 lbs, $16 for 4.4–6.6 lbs, $21 for 6.6–11 lbs, and calculated at checkout above 11 lbs.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@voledesalabs.com within one hour of placing it. Once an order reaches fulfillment we can't guarantee changes.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because these are products applied directly to the skin, we can't accept opened items.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@voledesalabs.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — nothing needs to be shipped back.

The formulas

Are your products vegan?
Yes. Additional standards are noted on the individual products they apply to.

Do you have fragrance-free options?
Yes. SÉRÉNE and AGELESS are fragrance-free; where that standard applies, it is stated on the product page.

Should I patch test?
We recommend patch-testing any new skincare on a small area of skin first, and discontinuing use if redness or irritation occurs.

Building a ritual

What order do I apply things in?
Cleanse, tone, treat, moisturize. Serums and boosters go on before creams; eye care before moisturizer; oils and rich creams last.

Where should I start?
ESSENTIAL RITUAL is the four-step foundation. If you have one specific concern, start with the Method built for it.

Can I use Core and PRECISION together?
Yes — that's how they're designed. Core carries the daily routine; PRECISION layers targeted treatment into it.
